Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy covers the David Yarrow Photography portal (dyp.team and dyp.gallery) and the Yarrow iOS app. These are private tools operated by David Yarrow Photography LTD for our team and our authorised gallery partners. They are not offered to the general public.

What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: the email address and password used to sign in. Accounts are created by David Yarrow Photography and issued directly to team members and partner galleries — there is no self-registration, and no personal profile beyond the login itself.

What we don't do

We do not use advertising or any tracking that identifies you. We measure overall site usage with privacy-friendly, anonymised analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles — simply to understand how the portal is used. We do not sell, rent or share any information with third parties, and we do not collect location data, contacts, photos or anything else from your device.

Data stored on your device

The portal and app store a small amount of data locally so they work smoothly: your sign-in session (so you stay logged in), your light/dark preference, and a cached copy of non-sensitive display data. Signing out clears your session.

Where data lives

Authentication and catalogue data are hosted with Supabase, our database provider, over encrypted connections. Access to business data is restricted by account permissions.

Your account

To update or remove an account, or to ask anything about this policy, contact your David Yarrow Photography representative and we will handle it promptly.
